Lukas Feiler, CIPP/E, is a partner at Baker McKenzie in Vienna where he heads the Data, Cyber, and AI practice. He holds a fellowship at the Stanford-Vienna Transatlantic Technology Law Forum, teaches Artificial Intelligence Law and European and International Privacy Law at the University of Vienna Law School. He is the co-author of multiple books on the EU General Data Protection Regulation, cyber security and the AI Act. In his prior career, he worked as a software engineer and system administrator.
