Mikki Arends is the Manager of Culture & Trust at Enbridge’s Privacy Office, where she leads strategic initiatives to embed privacy into the organization’s culture and daily operations. With extensive experience in data governance across Canada and the U.S., Mikki is pivotal to Enbridge’s privacy optimization transformation. Her journey has streamlined operations, enhanced risk management, and established a foundation for AI governance. Mikki has put Enbridge on the map as a leader in transparent and trusted data management by designing Enbridge’s Data Trust Center for 7 million customers. She holds a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) designation and speaks at industry conferences on data privacy, AI governance, and the intersection of ethics and emerging technologies.
